The CWF-510 ultrafine grinder is one of our company's most cost-effective ultrafine grinder products. It combines pneumatic pressure regulation and large water cooling capacity, and has three sets of grinding wheels, further improving grinding efficiency and fineness. Principle:
The working principle of this machine is the same as that of traditional Chinese medicine research ships, and the crushing principle of the foot operated grinding wheel is the same. The grinding wheel rolls around the track with appropriate pressure, repeatedly crushing the material to the desired fineness during the rolling process. Due to the shearing effect of the double-sided cutting edges of the grinding wheel, it also cooperates with crushing, especially for fibrous materials. During the crushing process, fine materials float up and are sucked in by the fan, discharged into the cyclone collection tank, and the bag exhausts the gas, leaving the finished powder in the bag.
